Support and communicate with Facebook’s partners, to understand and resolve their inbound product questions and issues. Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally in order to lead creator and partner issue resolution across teams and troubleshoot quickly and effectively to drive resolution.

Video Analyst: Vaco at Google (San Jose, CA), 2016 – 2017

Expertise on the company’s monetization policies and training machine learning. Provide quality assurance and improve machine classifiers to ensure safety of the platform. Daily responsibilities include reviewing select content against the monetization policies and training the automated systems.

Community Manager: Apontador (Brazil), 2014– 2015

Content editor for the largest internet business review and directory company in Brazil. Apontador operates a platform of geolocation search services through direct to consumer websites and mobile Applications. Evaluated and provided feedback for business reviews and ratings.

Software Test Analyst: Brazilian Ministry of Education (Brazil), 2009– 2013

Software test analyst for internet web applications for the Federal Government of Brazil. Primary focus areas were digital security, data collection, and entity certification.
